We take pride in packaging our products using materials that help our customers to reduce their impact on the environment.
All of our packaging is plastic-free and biodegradable.
Our sample bags and 4 oz bags are made of kraft paper with a plant-based PLA lining. The labels are made from sugarcane waste fiber with a certified compostable adhesive. This makes the empty package 100% biodegradable, as well as fully compostable in industrial composting facilities. If you are not currently composting, we highly encourage you to look into it! Commercial composting services, such as CompostNow, are making it increasingly easy to start composting in your home or office.
Our tubes are made entirely of paper pulp and wood-based glue. While they are not compostable, they are curbside recyclable and biodegradable. They are also great for repurposing into storage containers or craft projects!
