How long do Animelts last?

It depends on your warmer! Higher-wattage wax warmers will melt the wax to a higher temperature than lower-wattage warmers, which will cause the fragrance to emit faster and smell stronger. Lower wattage warmers will release the fragrance at a slower pace, which will give it a longer life span. On average, you can expect each wax melt to provide fragrance for 12-18 hours of use, though the scent may gradually lessen in strength over that time. 

How big of a room will they fill?

We recommend melting 1-2 Animelts at a time in smaller rooms, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, and 3-4 to fill a larger spaces like living rooms and kitchens.

Are your wax melts all-natural?

Our wax melts are made of plant-based wax and natural plant extracts along with safe synthetic fragrance compounds. You can learn more about our ingredients here. 

How do I clean my warmer dish?

Animelts are designed to shrink slightly as they cool. Simply flip the dish over and give it a few taps. If the wax does not come loose, place your dish in the freezer for 15 minutes to help it shrink further! 

Do you sell wax warmers?

We do not currently carry wax warmers in our inventory. However, you can find a few of our favorites here.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We'll send a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

How long does shipping take?

Transit times can vary depending on the size of the order. Most orders arrive in US locations within 3-5 business days. 

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your melts for any reason, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

 

Where do donations go?

We work with various animal rescues and rehabilitation centers. We currently focus on smaller organizations in the Southeastern US, but we make no exclusions based on size or location.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer a wholesale program. Animelts are only available for purchase through this website. 

Do you offer fundraisers?
